8 hours comprehensive wine course about the Barossa. A comprehensive program exploring the variety of grapes and wine styles in the Barossa, supported by a tasting of several wines.

• An in-depth look at Barossa Shiraz, including the history, flavours, stylistic expressions, blends and modern directions of this 'hero' variety.
• Uncover the beauty of Eden Valley, the cool climate Riesling and Shiraz flavours and styles.
• A chance to discover some of the many varietal wines and blends produced in the Barossa, such as Sparkling Shiraz, Grenache, Mataro, Tempranillo and Rosé.
• Learn about, and taste, the Barossa "Old Vines" and "Rare and Distinguished" wines.

Examination: 40 multiple choice questions (40 pts)
6 short answer questions (30 pts)
