COURSE INFORMATION

Barossa Wine School Level 3, the peak of the program, is a once in a life time six-day immersive program held in Barossa, hosted by the Barossa wine community. Upon successful completion, students are awarded the highly sought after but rarely achieved title of Barossa Master and they become a member of the exclusive Barossa Wine School Master Alumni.

Participants need to have successfully completed Level 2 before registering for this course and should have advanced wine tasting experience.

Incorporating winery and vineyard visits as part of the course, taste over 100 wines, as well as local food and community activities; Level 3 is for professionals who want to understand the amazing diversity of wines from the Barossa.

Pre-requisite:

  • Barossa Wine School Level 2
  • Advanced wine tasting experience

Examination:

  • 2 wines (20 pts)
  • 40 multiple choice questions (40 pts)
  • 8 short answer questions (40 pts)
  • Interview

Exam Duration: 2.5 Hour
Passing Grade: 70%
